Foodie Fridays: Green Smoothie

I got this one off of the inspiration mecca that is Pinterest and although you might think gross, it was actually really good and the spinach wasn't that noticable in the flavor.  I love how this can really boost your veggie servings for the day, easy to make in the AM, make your skin glow, promote weight loss, ....because it fills. you. up!  You gotta try it!

Green Smoothie

1-2 bananas
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen strawberry or any fruit you like, blueberries would be pretty amaze
a couple handfuls of spinach
ice (if desired)

Add enough water to blender and blend until smooth, that’s it! Forget the dehydrating morning latte and get the glow with a Green Smoothie instead.
