Foodie Fridays: Egg Salad

This really hit the spot, if you are craving some protien :)

Egg Salad

6 eggs
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and continue to boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, then separate egg yolks and whites.

Mix mayo, mustard, oil and spices, then add egg yolks, mix until smooth. Then chop egg whites and mix into the mixture, serve with bread.
